This privacy policy tells you how we, App Business Card.com (“ABCard“), use, collect, receive and store personal information collected from your use of ABCard (including any services it offers). Please read this privacy policy before using ABCard or submitting any personal information. By using ABCard, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Agreement which you accepted when you used ABCard. Any capitalized but undefined term in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms of Service. We do not ourselves host ABCard – all hosting is done by third party service providers that we engage. Regardless of where such third party service providers are located, their servers may be located anywhere in the world. Your data may even be replicated across multiple servers located in multiple countries. Account
In order to fully use the Services that we offer via ABCard, you must create an account (“Account”). You may also have to provide additional Personal Information as part of the Account registration process and in connection with your ongoing use of your Account.

Purchases
We may use the tools, software or services of third-party service providers to process transactions on our behalf, in which case you acknowledge and agree to review and be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy of said third-party service provider.

Tracking Technologies
We may use tracking technologies in order to for us to provide ABCard and present you with information that is customized for you. Please note that 3rd party advertisers and partners may use tracking technology which may collect information about you and we do not control their use of these tracking technologies.

Mobile Device Data
We may collect limited information from your mobile device in order to provide ABCard. Such information may include your mobile device type, mobile device id, and date and time stamps of ABCard use. In addition, we may deploy tracking technologies within ABCard to help us gather aggregate statistics, but we will not use Personal Information for such purposes.

If you submit or we collect Personal Information through the Services, then we may use such Personal Information in the following ways, via any applicable communication channels:

We may use your Personal Information and other information we collect via the ABCard in order to identify you, provide and improve ABCard (including any services we offer via ABCard), offer you our and our partners’ and affiliates products and related services that we believe may be of interest to you and in general, communicate with you.

We may transfer your Personal Information to our local or foreign subsidiaries or affiliated companies for the purpose of storing or processing such information on our behalf. Such information may be transferred to other countries. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

We may share your Personal Information with our third party service providers, subcontractors, agents and partners, but only to assist us with our business operations and to provide our services to you and other users. Such information may be transferred to other countries. ABCard is not structured to attract children under the age of 18 years. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18 years, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
